Program Execution Lead-FIN CRIME-CLT (BEC 2)

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Program Execution Lead to join their team. As a Program Execution Lead,  you will be part of the Program Management Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to coordinate complex projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Execution Lead-FIN CRIME 

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (S. Tryon St.) 

Schedule: 4x on site Monday - Thursday, Friday WFh 

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr W2 

Type: Contract 

Duration: 9 Months, Opt to Extend or hire FTE 

What's the Job?

• Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables with moderate complexity
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable execution plans
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across assigned initiatives
• Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership review
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology systems changes within a structured program environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to ask deep probing questions in a technical setting
• Strong focus on data-driven decision making and proactive risk identification
• Experience preparing content for executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
• Experience with technology-focused testing, including progress reporting, script execution, and defect remediation; familiarity with JIRA and Octane is beneficial
