Our client is seeking a Risk Assessment Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Risk Assessment Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance and Privacy Programs supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
- Support the organization’s Privacy and Compliance Programs by conducting privacy risk assessments such as PIAs and DPIAs.
- Partner with IT, Procurement, Data, Legal, Infosec, and business teams to ensure personal data is assessed in compliance with applicable privacy laws and standards.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for internal teams and support privacy by design practices.
- Advise stakeholders on privacy risk mitigation strategies and best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while acting as a change agent to enhance privacy and compliance initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Experience performing privacy risk assessments (e.g., PIAs/DPIAs).
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
- Strong understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the persistence to manage multiple projects and influence organizational change.
