Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect (CSDM / ITOM) to join their dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect (CSDM / ITOM), you will be an integral part of the ServiceNow platform development team supporting enterprise-wide IT operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect (CSDM / ITOM)

Location: Remote within the United States

What's the Job?

  • Design, configure, script, and own the technical solution of the CSDM and ITOM platform to ensure a successful deployment for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories) and execute on the development of the agreed-upon solution
  • Demonstrate extensive scripting capabilities in languages such as Java, HTML, Angular, etc., to develop custom solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common configuration issues within the ServiceNow environment
  • Create Scoped Applications using Studio and automate activities using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 10 years of ServiceNow development experience, including designing, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow Applications such as CSDM and ITOM
  • Experience transforming Global Customer models to CSDM 4.0
  • Proficiency in designing/developing ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, and Access Controls
  • Strong knowledge of scripting, Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Forms
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, using JDBC, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
