Our client is seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer to join their team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be an integral part of the Learning and Development department supporting global customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing engaging learning experiences that empower others and foster continuous improvement within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop comprehensive training programs for customer service representatives worldwide.
- Utilize standard ISD processes, such as the ADDIE learning model, to design and create tailored instructor-led and e-learning courses.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and employ Information Mapping tools to assess information, identify skills gaps, and determine training impacts.
- Test proprietary systems and software to identify training needs and scope, creating interactive learning tools to enhance understanding.
- Ensure training materials align with organizational goals and support continuous learning and development initiatives.
What's Needed?
- 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or related fields.
- Proficiency with instructional design models, particularly ADDIE.
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts and using Information Mapping tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess information and identify training needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
