Program Manager Tech 1

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 1, you will be part of the CS CSAM and Innovation department supporting cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 1
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $40/hr to $43/hr on W2
Contract duration: until 06/30/2026 (possibility of extension for 1 year after that depending on budget)

What's the Job?

• Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery
• Create and maintain program and project schedules, including status reports
• Develop functional specifications and scope documents to guide project implementation
• Provide technical and analytical insights, facilitating decision-making processes
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure timely project completion

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Power Automate, Excel, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in operations and project management
• Proficiency in data transformation tools like Power Query and SharePoint environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours
