Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Support Release Coordinator to join their team. As a Technical Support Release Coordinator, you will be part of the Release and Environment Management team supporting critical applications within the CTO-GBAMT payment domain. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to automation, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Prepare and publish yearly application release plans to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for web admin, MQ, and database changes across test and production environments.
  • Support releases during extended or off-hours windows, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Lead and coordinate go-live activities, including deployment plans and checklists, to ensure successful releases.

What's Needed?

  • 3–6 years of experience in release coordination, production support, or environment management.
  • Experience supporting regulated, enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL change and release management processes.
  • Familiarity with release/deployment tools such as XL Release, Cutover, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders during releases.
