Job Title: Oracle Financial Services Consultant

Location: Folsom, NJ (Remote with travel when required)
 

What's the Job?

• Design and innovate business function processes, defining key performance indicators to meet organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business process owners to create process blueprints and establish clear requirements that enhance efficiency.
• Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design specifications are fulfilled.
• Educate stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of design solutions and process improvements.
• Lead the development of business process blueprints aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

What's Needed?

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financial Services.
• Recommended proficiency in Oracle Utilities.
• Strong experience in Business Process Design and Functional Designs.
• Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management.
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
