QA Specialist II

Job Title: QA Technician – Bioanalytical (QC/Quality Lab)

Location: Columbus, Ohio

What’s the Job?

• Perform bioanalytical quality testing using techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, Western Blot, and Mass Spectrometry
• Review test data to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-tolerance (OOT) results and support CAPA activities
• Maintain accurate documentation, lab records, and ensure compliance with GMP/GLP guidelines
• Support process improvements, lab operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical/QC laboratory testing
• Strong experience in techniques like HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Western Blot, and Mass Spectrometry
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, CAPA, and quality systems in regulated environments
