Role Summary
The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic systems and hardware components for next-generation networking and high-tech products. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle—from concept and architecture through prototyping, validation, and production—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including power delivery, high-speed interfaces, and signal integrity.
  • Own schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout guidance for complex hardware systems.
  • Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation testing to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
  • Conduct signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and EMI/EMC analysis.
  • Support manufacturing and production ramp, including DFM/DFT reviews and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–8+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of digital/analog circuit design, power systems, and high-speed interfaces.
  • Experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or similar high-speed protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in networking hardware, routers, switches, or data center systems.
  • Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC integration.
  • Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and certification.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and high-volume production environments.
