Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the People Solutions HR Technology team, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Workday operations, ensuring seamless HR processes and data integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning well with the organization’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
Job Title: Workday Senior Analyst (No C2C)
Location: Washington, District Of Columbia
Pay Range: $85-95/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
- Provide operational and functional support for Workday, including issue resolution and system maintenance.
- Partner with HR COEs, Product, and IT teams to implement system enhancements, test new features, and support upgrades.
- Conduct data cleansing initiatives, audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures for new features and initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM modules.
- Proficiency with Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), mass data loads, and data corrections in Workday.
- Experience supporting UAT testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
