Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a Integration Platform Engineer (Richmond) to join their team. As a Integration Platform Engineer (Richmond), you will be part of the IT Operations supporting various technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Integration Platform Engineer (Richmond)

Location: Richmond, VA

What's the Job?

• Manage multiple tasks to support internal and external data channels within established SLA.
• Support and maintain systems through troubleshooting, modification, and problem resolution to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Coordinate activities across various teams including enterprise fulfillment, application development, and infrastructure services.
• Provide expertise in system architecture and strategic technical direction for initiatives.
• Assist in policy development and risk mitigation related to system integrations and data transfers.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy.
• Proficiency with file transfer protocols such as Connect:Direct, Secure+, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, etc.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using RHEL Linux.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day technical operations and troubleshooting.
