Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Performance Management to join their team. As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Performance Management, you will be part of the Human Resources Technology Support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Performance Management

Location: DC or VA preferred but open to remote

Pay Range: $95/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

  • Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand and enhance mid-cycle promotion and performance management workflows
  • Gather, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for workflow improvements and process enhancements
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and guide Workday configuration and customization decisions
  • Lead requirements review sessions, design walkthroughs, and support testing activities including UAT
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and provide guidance on best practices for performance management processes

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience as a Workday Performance Management and Core HCM analyst
  • Deep expertise in performance review processes, promotion workflows, and mid-cycle advancement procedures
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills
  • Proven ability to write clear, detailed functional requirements and design documents
  • Experience guiding configuration decisions and supporting Workday Extend customization activities
