As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments, supporting innovative recruiting solutions and enhancing the overall employee experience. Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $80/hr depending on years of experience
What's the Job?
- Analyze and optimize Workday HCM recruiting processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
- Support the integration of Workday with other HR systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and adoption.

- Proven experience with Workday HCM, particularly in recruiting modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
