Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments, supporting innovative recruiting solutions and enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to diversity and excellence.

Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Recruiting

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $80/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

• Analyze and optimize Workday HCM recruiting processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
• Support the integration of Workday with other HR systems and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and adoption.

• Proven experience with Workday HCM, particularly in recruiting modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
