Responsibilities: As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for working with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP BO Data Services (BODS - ADMIN) is required. Define SAP Data Services Network connectivity and Architecture. Develop data models for current and new data sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights Implement data quality and governance best practices Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data modeling
Responsibilities:
• Act as a strong client-facing SAP Data Services lead
• Guide client on SAP Data Services setup and best practices on Azure
• Mentor and support onshore and offshore junior team members
• Provide technical oversight and ensure quality of deliverables
• Lead SAP Data Services landscape setup on Azure (VM-based deployment)
• Configure and manage Local, Central, and Job repositories
• Establish connectivity with ECC/SAP systems and Azure networking (VPN, etc.)
• Ensure secure and stable integration across environments
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations
• Ensure alignment with client security and compliance standards
