Our client, a leader in healthcare technology and support services, is seeking a CustomerX - Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join their team. As a CustomerX - Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be part of the Support and Consulting Services team, supporting the deployment and maintenance of critical health information systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote (with up to 95% travel)
Clearance: Secret (Interim)

What's the Job?
- Support and deploy Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems within theater environments.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for health information systems.
- Assist in system testing, analysis, and lifecycle management activities.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support deployment efforts, including OCONUS locations such as Germany, Djibouti, Poland, and Romania.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting DoD electronic health record and web-based applications.
- Extensive knowledge of all phases of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in privacy protection principles related to sensitive health information.
- Must hold a minimum IAT Level II certification with Security+.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and initiative.
