Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr. SWET to join their team. As a Sr. SWET, you will be part of the Engineering Excellence chapter supporting the Wealth business unit. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovative testing solutions which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. SWET
Location: Westlake, Texas or Merrimack, NH
What's the Job?
- Design and implement robust QA strategies and test frameworks for API and Web applications with end-to-end validation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Typescript, Rest Assured, and other automation tools.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, release velocity, and overall product quality.
- Support cloud-based testing environments, preferably with AWS, and ensure accessibility features are incorporated into web experiences.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on API and web application validation.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of source control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket and experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation test platforms and deployment automation.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning and technology evaluation.
