Database Developer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Database Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Database Developer, you will be an integral part of the IT-P Team supporting innovative solutions and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Database Developer

Location: Montvale, NJ - Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement robust database solutions that meet business requirements and uphold data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into efficient database structures and queries.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, tables, and indexes to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, manipulate, and analyze data effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and system errors.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency in SQL programming, query optimization, and database design concepts.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and database maintenance.
• Strong understanding of database security and data privacy regulations.
