Our client, a leading property and life insurance company, was relocating its offices across the U.S. The client’s shared services team didn’t have the skilled test engineers to support mission-critical applications in the claims, product, and e-signature teams. The company needed leadership and talent with deep experience in test automation implementation in accelerated delivery model.

The client required a high-performing team with deep experience in all maturity levels of waterfall and agile lifecycles; strong manual and automated test design and implementation; and ability to perform API, database, mobile, system integration and load/performance testing. The partner needed to deliver a scalable team to promote testing best practices and evangelize agile methodologies.

 

Experis Solution

Experis delivered an integrated project team to take responsibility for the composition of the testing teams, tester performance, and quality product deliverables. Experis leadership worked closely with client stakeholders to address evolving project requirements and forecasted needs.

Experis then worked with multiple hiring managers across various international domains in the organization to identify specific skills and automation requirements. Rigorous technical screening ensured that the managed resource team had solid quality engineering skills, including technical testing depth, aptitude to learn the domain, good communication, and ability to mentor others. Candidates were evaluated for experience in helping organizations transition from manual regression to automated regression testing. They had to have experience transitioning testing to the cloud and experience developing and implementing a full automation solution including strategy building, tool evaluation, framework creation, proof of concept, implementation plan and knowledge transition.
