Senior Technical Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the project delivery organization supporting complex banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, clear stakeholder communication, and the drive to lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.

What's the Job?

• Drive assigned projects and programs to ensure success by defining requirements and aligning solutions to business needs.
• Improve operations and processes using historical information and available resources to achieve appropriate, effective solutions.
• Provide timely updates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure information is communicated effectively and efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional execution with dedicated core teams to determine course of action for requirements and solutions addressing complex bank issues.
• Coordinate and resolve problems and conflicts across onshore and offshore resources to keep delivery on track.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management in large technical organizations.
• Experience with implementations, client-facing organizations, and product management.
• Analytical skills to determine cause-and-effect related to service delivery of complex bank solutions, including support levels, severity, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, C-Level and group presentation experience; strong knowledge of financial services industry and banking domain is a plus.
