SOW Specialist

Our client, Procurement Operations is seeking a Professional Other to join their team. As a Professional Other, you will be part of OSW Operations supporting Sourcing & Procurement and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have proactive end-to-end ownership, strong cross-functional communication, and a detail-focused mindset that aligns stakeholders and keeps SOW work moving forward.

Job Title: SOW Specialist

Location:Hybrid - 1-2 days per month onsite (Alpharetta, GA or Las Colinas, TX)

Pay Range:38.00 - 40.00

What's the Job?

• Assume full end to end ownership of SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring clear, timely, and proactive communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Review, redline, and analyze SOW terms and conditions to ensure alignment with procurement standards, rate cards, and company policies.
• Initiate and manage approval workflows within Fieldglass, driving timely progression and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate legal reviews when required, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and privacy requirements.
• Route approved, executable SOWs and SOW revisions for signature via DocuSign while identifying risks early and driving resolution.

What's Needed?

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of contract management experience.
• Experience using the SOW module of Fieldglass or a similar VMS tool.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organization and attention to detail.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (flexibility available)
