Senior Windchill Solution Architect

Our client, a leading organization in product lifecycle management (PLM) and enterprise engineering systems is seeking a Senior Windchill Solution Architect to join their team. As a Senior Windchill Solution Architect, you will be part of the PLM transformation organization supporting enterprise architecture, integration, and delivery workstreams. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership, strong program execution discipline, and a customer-focused mindset that helps teams deliver reliable Windchill solutions end to end.

What's the Job?

• Define and own the target-state PLM architecture aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals, including architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Provide end-to-end technical authority for the PLM program across Windchill implementation, CAD integrations, ERP integrations, and legacy data migration—leading multiple workstreams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Architect robust integration solutions between Windchill and CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor), ERP systems, and enterprise platforms (ThingWorx, Navigate), including API strategy and middleware architecture.
• Lead the enterprise data migration strategy: legacy system assessment, data cleansing/enrichment/harmonization, migration tooling (WBM, ETL tools), and data governance models with quality KPIs.
• Define delivery and DevOps/environment strategy (DEV/QA/UAT/PROD), establish CI/CD practices for Windchill deployments, and oversee UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.

What's Needed?

• 15+ years of experience in PLM solutions, including 10+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record leading at least 2 large-scale, greenfield PLM transformation programs.
• Experience defining end-to-end data migration strategy and leading data migration workstreams, including legacy data assessment and rationalization.
• Strong technical expertise in Windchill modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Change & Configuration Management, BOM Management (eBOM/mBOM), BOM synchronization, Supplier Management, and Document Management.
• Deep integration and platform knowledge, including REST APIs, OData, Info*Engine, middleware architecture, Java/J2EE, Oracle/SQL Server, LDAP/Active Directory, Apache/Tomcat, and Windchill clustering/performance/scalability design.
