We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Functional Designer / BPC to join our team.

Location: Remote (Preference for West Coast candidates)
Contract
Pay range : $85-90/hr on w2
Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Functional Designer to partner with business stakeholders and translate strategic portfolio management requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on process design, requirements gathering, and solution definition.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state SPM workflows.
• Configure and support ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create functional design documents, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with implementation specialists and technical teams.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and platform capabilities.
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Facilitate solution demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Demand Management
o Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
o Resource Management
o Portfolio Planning
o Financial and Investment Management concepts
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow SPM Certification preferred.
• CSA certification a plus.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
