Senior QA Automation Test Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting sector, is seeking a Senior QA Automation Test Lead to join their team. As a Senior QA Automation Test Lead, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to automation testing, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive end-to-end test automation strategies across multiple projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps to streamline testing processes.
• Oversee automated test creation, execution, and maintenance, ensuring cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
• Analyze automation results, provide actionable insights, and ensure adherence to testing standards through code reviews.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership within automation testing environments.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and programming languages like Java.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools including REST Assured and Postman.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, BDD Cucumber, and SpecFlow.
