Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Retrofit Coordinator to join their team. As a Vehicle Retrofit Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the service operations team, supporting vehicle maintenance workflows, parts management, and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Hayward, California
Pay Range: $35-$40/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Oversee internal automotive service workflows, ensuring efficient vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Manage incoming parts inventory, perform preliminary diagnostic checks, and track maintenance orders.
- Coordinate internal vehicle staging, movement within the facility, and scheduling of service bays.
- Collaborate with service technicians and engineers to source required parts and components promptly.
- Utilize service management software and diagnostic tools to log repair history and update service tickets.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or automotive technical certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive service operations, parts coordination, or fleet maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in using automotive management software, repair diagrams, and technical documents.
