Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Digital Product Manager Gen AI to join their team. As a Digital Product Manager Gen AI, you will be part of the Digital Innovation Department supporting enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Digital Product Manager Gen AI

Location: Charlotte, Minneapolis, PHX/Chandler, Dallas

Pay Range: $65/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Lead Generative AI digital product initiatives with enterprise impact
• Analyze complex product challenges across business and technology domains
• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution alignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leadership
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and delivery standards

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience or equivalent consulting background
• Experience delivering AI or Gen AI products in enterprise or financial services environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic consulting skills
• Ability to evaluate complex, long-term product challenges
• Experience working within structured policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
