Application Architect III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services industry, is seeking an Application Architect III to join their innovative team. As an Application Architect III, you will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure team supporting cloud strategy and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and implement cloud-based software solutions aligned with the company's cloud strategy
• Collaborate across technology teams to create innovative infrastructure solutions
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and other automation tools
• Participate in architecture reviews, requirements gathering, and design meetings
• Ensure code quality, security, accessibility, and performance standards are met

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Cloud Engineering (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in writing infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including cloud security practices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages
