Our client, a leading organization in the consumer data and analytics industry, is seeking a Data Scientist Level 2 to join their team. As a Data Scientist Level 2, you will be part of the Personalization and Loyalty department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design and develop advanced data science models to support customer personalization and loyalty initiatives.
- Apply statistical science, causal inference, and AI techniques to generate actionable insights from customer data.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable science solutions.
- Lead end-to-end development of machine learning systems, ensuring production-quality deployment and monitoring.
- Contribute to the evolution of Gen AI and causal ML capabilities within the organization.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of applied data science experience with a focus on customer analytics or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications, including fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with causal ML and inference methods such as CATE, DiD, or matching techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git, with experience using Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business audiences.
