Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Big Data Developer to join their team. As a Big Data Developer, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting the analytics and data management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$65.06

What's the Job?

  • Analyze, design, develop, enhance, and support applications that integrate with existing business components utilizing established processes, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Coordinate with business teams to understand requirements and analyze the potential impact of implementing change requests.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of application and process issues, including problem identification, communication, and coordination with support teams.
  • Develop and support enterprise-level applications and processes, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Regularly communicate work progress with management, identify issues early, and resolve them promptly to minimize project impact.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with Hadoop, Python, Teradata, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to analyze, design, develop, and support complex data applications.
  • Strong programming, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level applications and providing on-call support for critical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt to business processes quickly.
