Our client, a leading technology organization in the enterprise sector, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the project management supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs with a focus on stakeholder alignment and delivery governance.
  • Serve as the primary interface between business leaders, senior executives, engineering teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Create clear, executive-ready communication materials and translate technical concepts into business insights.
  • Partner with engineering, product, architecture, security, data, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth collaboration and accountability.

What's Needed?

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing senior executive stakeholders in large enterprise or Big Tech environments.
  • Strong background in technology programs including software, platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise systems.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and resolve conflicts effectively.
