Our client, a global technology and cloud infrastructure leader, is seeking a Non‑IT Program Manager – Networking Supply Chain to join their team. As a Non‑IT Program Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Operations organization supporting the MOR and Cables Fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong operational judgment, a sense of urgency, and excellent cross‑functional communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Manage end‑to‑end order fulfillment to meet aggressive cycle‑time targets through coordination with internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third‑party fulfillment and supplier partners to ensure executional excellence
- Drive inventory management, purchase order delivery, substitutions, and supplier performance
- Identify, escalate, and resolve fulfillment issues end‑to‑end to unblock data center execution
- Support optimization efforts tied to AI and cloud infrastructure growth
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience executing end‑to‑end order fulfillment or supply chain operations
- Strong tracking, reporting, and cycle‑time management skills
- Operational awareness with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
