Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive leadership, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $45/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Exercise knowledge of technical skills and understanding of business objectives, facilities, and operations to manage and assist on various maintenance, facilities, and operations projects.
- Lead and take ownership of complex engineering technical tasks, including tasks with multiple inter-coordinating elements.
- Anticipate and identify key issues, making recommendations for resolution where precedent may not exist, requiring creative thinking and application of new methods.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors through peer review processes to confirm task approach and verify activities.
- Apply engineering principles to improve processes, optimize systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an engineering discipline or advanced education to achieve the required skill level.
- Strong understanding of technical skills relevant to manufacturing and facilities management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
