Information Security Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Information Security Engineer to join their team. As a Information Security Engineer, you will be part of the Security Operations and Cloud Infrastructure teams supporting cloud security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and implement advanced security solutions for Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Monitor security systems, respond to vulnerabilities, and manage incident response efforts.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security into cloud migration projects.
• Conduct audits, manage user access, and support zero trust architecture deployment.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud platform and security tools such as Azure Sentinel, Defender, and Key Vault.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security and risk management.
• Deep understanding of IAM, SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability testing, and incident response.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP High, zero trust architecture, and hybrid cloud deployment.
