Product Owner – Sales Enablement Platform (High-Visibility Initiative)
Location: NYC - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ months (probable "contract to hire")
Rate: 75-80/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)

Our banking client is looking for a seasoned Product Owner to lead a high-impact, highly visible initiative at the center of our sales enablement strategy.
This role sits firmly in the spotlight, with senior leadership engagement up to the CIO. It’s not about status — it’s about ownership, clarity, and execution under scrutiny.

You’ll take ambiguous, evolving priorities and turn them into structured, outcome-driven delivery. This is a role for someone who brings sound judgment, technical depth, and steady leadership — not guesswork.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape clear, outcome-driven scope from complex and evolving requirements
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment to business value
  • Lead deep requirement discovery and technical analysis (APIs, data flows, integrations)
  • Coordinate internal and external system integrations across platforms
  • Align cross-functional teams across business and technology stakeholders
  • Drive decisions, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate product value and outcomes to leadership

What You Bring

  • Strong systems thinking and integration experience (non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Experience in complex, enterprise environments with multiple dependencies
  • Exposure to CMS or banking/financial services (one can be learned)
  • Excellent analytical and technical acumen
  • Clear, concise, and confident communication skills
  • Ability to influence through collaboration and credibility—not force
  • Strong commercial awareness and outcome-focused mindset
  • Calm, adaptable, and resilient in high-visibility environments

Preferred Experience

  • Senior Product Owner experience on high-visibility, enterprise initiatives
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Seismic strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with technical architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience integrating internal and external platforms
  • Track record of engaging senior stakeholders and telling a compelling product story
