Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting customer interactions and technical support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: Lake Mary, FL
Pay Range: $22/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding supply orders and support inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and verify account information
- Ensure compliance with patient reorder processes and department KPIs
- Participate actively in department meetings and communicate prescription revisions to clinic teams
- Coordinate customer returns and follow all regulatory policies including HIPAA standards
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer proficiency, including navigating multiple platforms and devices
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
