Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and communications industry, is seeking a Sr Marketing Communications Operations Leader to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Marketing Communications Operations Leader

Location: Remote (local to Grand Rapids, Michigan)

Pay Range: $60.25

Contract: 8 months (till end of calendar year / extension possible)

• Shape and optimize marketing operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of marketing workflows, establishing best practices and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance marketing technology utilization.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to measure operational performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and a culture of continuous learning.

What's Needed?

• Approximately 8–10 years of relevant experience in business and marketing operations.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage end-to-end workflows.
• Strong skills in process analysis, automation, and project management.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
