Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Sr. Talent & Learning Partner to join their team. As a Sr. Talent & Learning Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting leadership development and talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing talent, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Talent and Learning Partner
Location: Nutley, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-67/hr. PLUS Benefits
Job Type: 12-month Contract with potential for extension
Schedule: Hybrid M-F 40 hours/week
What's the Job?
- Develop and implement the North America Learning & Development agenda and curriculum.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and facilitate leadership development programs.
- Support identification of mentors and coaches for high-potential employees and act as a coach to business leaders.
- Oversee learning needs analysis, budget planning, and collaborate with academies and leadership development teams.
- Contribute to talent and succession planning processes, including objective setting, feedback, and career path development.
What's Needed?
- A degree in HR or an equivalent qualification.
- 4-5 year's proven experience managing talent programs and leadership development initiatives.
- 5-7 years' experience in HR Business Partnering roles with managerial responsibilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interface effectively across all organizational levels.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
