Website Compliance Analyst

Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT Digital Systems & Compliance department supporting the company's digital platform operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Location: 15900 Valley View Court, Sylmar, CA (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Support the company's digital platforms by ensuring website performance, usability, and operational stability.
• Monitor website analytics, generate reports, and track performance metrics to support business insights.
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and updates to maintain clear operational records.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and IT teams to implement enhancements, patches, and new features.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security protocols, and brand guidelines.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and backend web applications such as S3, ESL, TIBCO.
• Understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in IT support, web administration, or digital operations, with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
